Central Street, Evanston, a distinctive North Evanston shopping district, in conjunction with the Evanston Art Center, presents the first Central Street Art Walk, May 13th & 14th 2016.
The event recognizes and supports local Evanston artists. Over 15 individuals – painters, illustrators, jewelry makers, potters, and photographers – will be displaying their work on store fronts along Central, between Eastwood and McDaniel Avenues.
The public is invited for a “Sip & View” reception introducing the exhibiting artists, on Friday, May 13th, from 5-8pm. Artwork viewing continues through the day on Saturday.
